Vance Ratchets Intense Pressure Against High-Profile Epstein Friend

Vice President JD Vance announced Tuesday that he supports bipartisan congressional efforts to compel Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor to testify before United States lawmakers regarding his relationship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

During an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail, Vance indicated his willingness to back efforts that would bring the former prince before Congress.

The vice president referenced recent statements made by British Prime Minister Keir Starmer on the matter.

“I saw Keir Starmer said something about this,” Vance stated. “I’m certainly open to it.”

Vance clarified that while he supports the initiative, the final decision rests with congressional Republicans.

He emphasized that lawmakers are in the best position to determine what testimony Andrew could provide to the ongoing bipartisan investigation into Epstein and how the United States government managed his case.

“I’ll let them determine whether they should talk to Prince Andrew. I’d certainly be open to it. But it’s their call, not mine,” the veep added.

The timing of Vance’s comments coincides with Andrew being instructed to leave his Royal Lodge residence on the Windsor Castle grounds Tuesday night.

King Charles has reportedly grown increasingly troubled by the allegations surrounding his brother.

According to Vance, Justice Department files released Friday reveal “there’s a pretty incestuous nature to America’s elites.”

The released documents contain photographs showing Andrew positioned over a woman with his hand on her waist.

Additionally, the files include emails demonstrating Andrew maintained frequent communication with Epstein for over two years following the financier’s conviction for child sex crimes.

The vice president asserted that the released files clear President Donald Trump, who maintained a friendship with Epstein from the 1990s until the mid-2000s.

Trump has stated he ended the relationship after observing what he characterized as “creepy” behavior toward young women at his Mar-a-Lago club.

“President Trump is very much outside of the social circle,” Vance maintained.

“He knows a lot of these people. He certainly has similar wealth and power. But he never really was friendly with Epstein in a way that a lot of these other people were.”

Vance continued: “I think that it just shows there’s an incestuous nature to America’s elites, and it’s pretty gross. And, a lot of people, I think, it reflects very poorly on them. Bill Gates, Bill Clinton, a lot of others.”

Prime Minister Starmer stated Saturday that Andrew should appear before American lawmakers to share his knowledge about Epstein to assist victims, per the Daily Mail.

“Anybody who has got information should be prepared to share that information in whatever form they are asked to do that,” Starmer told reporters.

“You can’t be victim-centered if you’re not prepared to do that.”

Andrew was observed driving and riding around Windsor on Monday but has not issued any statement regarding the latest document release.

He has consistently denied any wrongdoing in previous statements.

The outlet further noted that the House of Representatives lacks authority to subpoena Andrew due to his status as a foreign national.

Resist the Mainstream reported that King Charles removed his brother’s dukedom and princely titles in October following renewed attention to his Epstein connection after the posthumous release of Virginia Giuffre’s memoir.

Giuffre died by suicide last April.
