For a country that illegally ‘nationalized’ private industries, including the property of foreign investors, it’s ironic to see their government property seized as penalty for violating international law.

Elon is suggesting it should be used to compensate foreign investors that have been cheated by Venezuela ‘nationalizing’ everything that isn’t nailed down. (That’s commie-speak for the government stealing things on a large scale.)
