With Kamala doubling down on the ‘Trump is a felon’ narrative, the GOP will need a response. This cop shows us exactly how it’s done.
This guy is exactly the kind of person that Kamala’s crowd desperately wants to turn against Trump. He’s a black man, and a cop.
Unfortunately for Team Kamala, he’s also an intelligent man who doesn’t buy whatever bulls**t some political team is selling.
While some Republicans are taking cheap shots at the sketchy start she had to politics (see: Willie Brown), or the fact that Joe Biden told us explicitly that the credentials for that job were primarily race and gender, this guy didn’t go anywhere near those issues.
Deon Joseph even affirmed a general sense of respect to black women. This is an effective approach because it doesn’t give independent voters a reason to tune out before he even gets to a meaningful point.

He stayed on point.
His problem with Kamala is all about her policies. The border, for instance.
As for the Trump-is-a-felon talking points, those don’t hold water either. He cut that claim to ribbons with surgical precision… both with Bragg’s dubious practices, and with the obvious problem of Democrats not being held to the same standard.
