Trump Attacks Top Fox News Personality

President Donald Trump unleashed a pointed two-part assault on Fox News Sunday, using his Truth Social platform to demand the network stop giving airtime to Democrats he accused of spreading unchallenged falsehoods on air.

The first post hit Sunday morning. Its target: Rep. Ro Khanna, D-Calif., who had just wrapped an appearance on the cable news giant. Trump contended the congressman walked through the interview without facing any meaningful resistance from the host.

Ninety minutes passed before Trump returned to Truth Social with a second, sharper post — this time with a name attached.

Fox News anchor Jacqui Heinrich became the focus of Trump’s follow-up broadside, with the president holding her responsible for what he described as a failure to mount any competent challenge to Khanna’s statements during the segment.

Trump argued the interview did not happen in isolation — it wiped out, in his view, everything the network had built throughout the day.

“You could listen to FoxNews all day long, absolutely devour it, but then, when you hear SLEAZEBAGS, like Congressman Ro Khanna, ‘a wolf in sheep’s clothing,’ LIE, LIE, LIE, AND LIE AGAIN, without any pushback, or competent rebuttal from an anchor, in this case, Jacqui Heinrich, the entire Common Sense dialogue that has been going on all day at Fox is completely obliterated!” Trump wrote.

The president did not stop at Heinrich and Khanna. He pulled in additional names, broadening his indictment of the network’s guest booking decisions.

Comedian Bill Maher and House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries of New York drew sharp words from Trump, who questioned why Fox would extend a platform to either man.

“Why would Fox put SCUM like this on, or others, such as Low Rated Bill Maher, who gains ‘credibility’ by constant referral to him as though he were a Liberal source of ‘Wisdom,’ or very Low IQ Hakeem Jeffries, who considers the Supreme Court ‘illegitimate,’ and probably hates our Country,” Trump wrote.

From there, Trump laid out what he sees as a structural problem with the network — a cycle in which solid daytime coverage gets canceled out the moment a Democrat appears on screen.

“No matter how ‘Fair and Balanced’ the day’s News at Fox may be, the end result is destroyed by professional Liars, Conmen, and Liberal, Crooked Politicians,” Trump wrote.

He then tied that frustration directly to how Republican voters feel about the channel, warning the network that its booking choices carry electoral consequences.

“This is why MAGA Republicans, who are actually close to 100% of the Party, hate Fox, despite the wonderful contributions made by so many of their great anchors and commentators. Hard to win Elections like this!” Trump wrote.

The earlier post from that same morning had laid the groundwork, though without naming Heinrich. In it, Trump argued Khanna should be barred from Fox bookings entirely unless an anchor capable of pushing back is sitting across from him.

“The Sleazebag, Radical Left Congressman from the failed State of California, Ro Khanna, should not be allowed on FoxNews unless you have an ‘anchor’ who is capable of disputing his lies, one after another, and closing down his FAKE (Bullshit!) narrative,” Trump wrote in that first post.

Khanna’s on-air remarks about American steel manufacturing also drew a direct response from Trump, who accused the California Democrat of attempting to hand his party credit for an industrial resurgence Trump attributes to his own tariff agenda.

“This morning he tried, on behalf of the Dumacrats, to take credit for the Steel Industry pouring back into the U.S., knowing full well that the Dumbs virtually destroyed it, and I SAVED IT, through strong Tariffs (PLUS!),” Trump wrote.

Trump closed the post with a warning about the consequences of Democratic electoral success, framing the current economic moment as one his opponents would dismantle if given the chance.

“We can’t allow the Dumacrats to take credit for this. If elected, they will fully destroy our thriving, and now very respected, Nation. I will NOT let that happen!!!” he added.

Fox News and Jacqui Heinrich had not issued any public response to Trump’s posts by Sunday afternoon.
