Musk Cuts ‘Trans’ Son: ‘Death of a Child’

Elon Musk’s first wife is making new claims about how the billionaire treated their transgender daughter during one of the family’s most public and painful falling-outs.

Justine Wilson says in the upcoming documentary “Musk” that Musk viewed daughter Vivian Wilson’s transition as the “death of a child.”

According to Wilson, Vivian was already struggling emotionally when Musk publicly said he felt he had “lost” his daughter to what he called the “woke mind virus.”

Wilson said Vivian was in “pain” as Musk made those comments publicly.

“Elon was telling her, through telling the world, what that point of view actually was,” Wilson said.

She also claimed Musk made no meaningful attempt to repair the damaged relationship afterward.

“And Elon never tried to repair things, that’s not in his nature,” Wilson said.

The most striking allegation involves Vivian’s health insurance.

Wilson said that after Vivian came out as “transgender,” Musk told her to pass along a message to their daughter saying, “I’ll always love her.”

But according to Wilson, Musk then cut off Vivian’s health insurance the very next day.

The claim adds another layer to the already well-documented estrangement between Musk and his daughter.

Vivian has publicly distanced herself from her father in recent years.

She previously dropped Musk’s last name, a move that drew widespread attention because of the family’s increasingly public dispute.

Her relationship with Musk has remained strained ever since.

Vivian has also criticized her father publicly and recently appeared in anti-artificial intelligence advertisements.

In one of those campaigns, she delivered the line, “Some things aren’t meant to be fixed.”

The comment appeared to play on both AI technology and the fractured relationship between Vivian and Musk.

Musk, meanwhile, has repeatedly discussed his daughter’s transition in public.

He has framed the situation as part of his broader criticism of progressive social politics and transgender medical care.

His remarks have drawn heavy attention because they involve not just his political views, but also his own family.

Wilson’s account presents the dispute from a much more personal angle.

Rather than focusing only on Musk’s public comments, she describes what she says was happening privately as the family relationship broke down, per TMZ.

Her allegation that Musk promised continued love before allegedly removing Vivian from his health insurance paints a sharp contrast between his words and his actions.

The source does not provide documentation confirming the insurance claim, and Musk’s response to Wilson’s allegation was not included.

That means the account is based on Wilson’s statements in the documentary.

Still, the comments offer another glimpse into the years-long conflict between Musk and Vivian.

Their relationship has become one of the most discussed aspects of Musk’s personal life, particularly as he has become increasingly outspoken on cultural and political issues.

Wilson’s remarks suggest the dispute was deeply personal long before it became a public controversy.

With the documentary now bringing those private claims into the open, attention is likely to return to the breakdown between Musk and his daughter — and to the competing accounts of what happened behind closed doors.
