It’s a crazy world we live in where prosecutors press for peaceful protesters to be held for years without bail or trial, while known terrorists are released free with a promise to appear.
Not that it should really surprise us, since the woman who raised bail for rioters burning and looting their way through Minnesota just picked the Governor who let it happen to run as her veep. And he’s as aggressively opposed to border security as she is… having even quipped about investing in a ‘ladder factory’ to circumvent Trump’s wall.
It’s bad enough to know they made bail…
The two illegal Jordanian migrants who are charged with trying to breach Marine Corps Base Quantico in May posted thousands of dollars in bail and were allowed to leave federal custody, The Post can exclusively reveal.
Hasan Yousef Hamdan, 32, and Mohammad Khair Dabous, 28, were released from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention despite their immigration status — Hamdan had crossed into the country illegally in April and Dabous had overstayed his student visa and is subject to removal proceedings, law enforcement sources told The Post.
They were arrested on May 3 for trespassing onto the military installation and handed over to ICE officers because of their immigration statuses. –NYPost
But to know bail was given to people on our Terror Watch List…?
Just this week Judicial Watch reported that one of the Jordanian illegal immigrants released from federal custody after being charged for trying to breach Marine Corps Base Quantico appears on a terror watch list. His name is Hasan Yousef Hamdan, a 32-year-old who crossed into California from Mexico earlier this year and was issued a 2026 deportation court date, according to records obtained by Judicial Watch. Though the government has consistently denied that Hamdan represented a threat or appeared on the terrorist watchlist a Marine Corps Serious Incident Report (SIR) obtained by Judicial Watch via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) says that an ICE officer “telephonically confirmed” to the Marine Criminal Investigations Division (CID) that “Hamdan was on a terror watch list.” — Judicial Watch
It’s hardly explainable as a one-off either. It’s systematic.
Biden/Harris/Walz do NOT take national security seriously.
