WATCH: Jewish Comedian Visits The ‘Wild West Bank’ — Finds A LOT Of Support For Hamas

NOTE: This article may include commentary reflecting the author’s position.
Comedian and media entrepreneur Zach Sage Fox posts man-on-the-street style videos asking some pretty basic questions and gets some (arguably) surprising answers.

On Tuesday, Fox posted a video of his visit to Ramallah in the West Bank where he spoke to average Palestinians about their views of Hamas.

The video quickly went viral and grabbed the attention of the Jerusalem Post.

Fox discussed his experience in Ramallah with the news outlet.

“There was not one person who didn’t like Hamas — not even — I didn’t meet one person who didn’t love Hamas, I think,” Fox told the Jerusalem Post.

“It was unequivocal. All of them hated Jews with every bone of their body,” he added.

The J-Post reports that some of the footage was lost because Fox and his crew were threatened with death unless they deleted it. The article also notes that Fox (wisely) did not reveal his Jewish identity.

From the article:

Fox was accompanied by a translator, producer, and cameraman. He did not reveal his Jewish identity.
Some of the footage from the visit has been lost, as the team were threatened with death unless they deleted it.
He told the Post that he wanted to film the video because “no one has really gone to Palestine.”
“I wanted answers to the questions we are all sitting here asking.”

Fox posted the video on his various social media platforms. Here is a screenshot of what he wrote on Elon Musk’s free speech platform, X, in the post with the video:

Marina Medvin shared the video with her 289k+ followers on X. Medvin has been an excellent source for information on the war in Gaza and has been since Hamas attacked Israel on October 7.

“When Palestinians tell you who they are, believe them,” wrote Medvin.

What we have is a situation in Gaza and the West Bank where generations of people have been indoctrinated to hate.

Israel has given the United Nations a list of 100 UNRWA employees that moonlight as Hamas or Islamic Jihad terrorists.

Children’s shows are openly antisemitic and celebrate murdering Jews and we’ve known about it for a long time.

It has been 70 years of this.

Silent Generation and Boomer antisemites indoctrinated Gen X and Gen Y antisemites who trained up Millennial, Gen Z, and Gen Alpha antisemites.

There’s no need to wonder why the two-state solution discussions keep failing — Hamas made it clear in its first charter that their goal was to eliminate the nation of Israel and commit genocide against all of the Jews that live there.

That’s really what “From the River to the Sea” means, although the Campus Intifada comrades insist that it’s just “resistance.”

According to Zach Sage Fox’s video, it looks like antisemitic sentiment hasn’t changed on the streets of Ramallah even though Hamas has removed the overtly genocidal language in newer versions of their charter.

Fox did some great (and brave!) work here. You can find him on X @zachsagefox, on Instagram @zach.sage, and even on that Chi-Com spy app, TikTok @zach.sage.
