Trump Scores Essential Court Victory in Pure Devastation for Dems

In a massive victory for President Donald Trump, Georgia authorities have dismissed the 2020 election case against the president brought by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.

The dismissal comes after the president received similar news from courts in New York, Florida and Washington, D.C.

Following his presidential announcement on Nov. 15, 2022, at Mar-a-Lago, high-ranking Democrats initiated an extensive judicial campaign against the president in hopes of ensuring he did not return to the White House.

In New York, for example, Democratic Attorney General Letitia James indicted the president on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. In D.C., the president was charged with trying to overturn the 2020 election, while in Florida, he was accused of mishandling classified documents and had his residence raided by the Biden-run FBI.

Last but not least came the Georgia case, in which Trump was charged with attempting to overturn the 2020 presidential election results in the state.

As of today, every criminal case against the president has been dropped since he regained the presidency.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee dismissed the case against Trump in Georgia, arguing that further consideration would be “unproductive.”

Peter Skandalakis had appointed himself as prosecutor after Willis was ousted from her position over an “appearance of impropriety” following her relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade, whom she hired in the case against Trump.

“This case is hereby dismissed in its entirety,” McAfee said in his ruling.

In a statement, Skandalakis cited former Special Counsel Jack Smith, responsible for bringing the case against the president in D.C., for dismissing the case in Georgia, as reported by the New York Post.

“[I]f Special Counsel Jack Smith, with all the resources of the federal government at his disposal, after reviewing the evidence in this case and considering the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Trump v. United States, along with the years of litigation such a case would inevitably entail, concluded that prosecution would be fruitless,” Skandalakis said, “then I too find that, despite the available evidence, pursuing the prosecution of all those involved in State of Georgia v. Donald Trump, et al. on essentially federal grounds would be equally unproductive.”

Trump’s lawyer, Steve Sadow, praised Skandalakis as “fair.”

“The political persecution of President Trump by disqualified DA Fani Willis is finally over,” Sadow said.

“This case should never have been brought. A fair and impartial prosecutor has put an end to this lawfare,” he added.
