‘Trans’ Man Exposed After Viral Incident Uncovers Chilling Past

A Los Angeles gym incident has ignited national attention after the trans-identifying man involved was revealed to have a criminal history.

The man, now known as Alexis Black, previously identified as Kyle Grant Freeman, pleaded guilty in 2022 to assaulting his then-wife in Ohio, causing serious injuries including a compound fractured jaw that required surgery.

Court records from Hamilton County, Ohio, confirm that Black’s assault left the victim, whose name he adopted after becoming “trans,” with a “compound fractured mandible, which resulted in her needing surgery.”

Black was sentenced to a year in prison, minus time served, and has prior convictions for drug trafficking and resisting arrest.

The controversy erupted when singer-songwriter Tish Hyman reported encountering Black inside the women’s locker room at a Gold’s Gym in Beverly Hills.

Hyman said she was naked and confronted Black, who claimed to be a woman, while allegedly making inappropriate remarks.

According to The Gateway Pundit, Hyman described the incident as traumatizing and said another young woman was also present.

Footage of the confrontation quickly went viral on social media.

Hyman claimed she was later removed from the gym and had her membership terminated shortly after reporting the incident.

Onlookers captured her speaking loudly to gym staff before being escorted out.

Black defended his presence in the women’s changing room to TMZ, stating he would feel victimized if forced to use a male or “trans”-only facility.

He added that his identification and legal documents classify him as female and that he had undergone hormone treatment and electrolysis.

The case has reignited debate over policies that allow biological males to access female-only spaces.

Social media commenters criticized Black’s choice to adopt his ex-wife’s first name and raised concerns about women’s safety in locker rooms.

Black has denied exposing himself or acting inappropriately.

EōS Fitness, which recently acquired the former Gold’s Gym location, has not publicly commented.

Its social media accounts were flooded with negative reactions after the incident became widely known, The Post notes.

The Los Angeles incident is part of a broader, nationwide concern over men with criminal histories gaining access to women-only spaces by claiming a female identity.

In Virginia, Richard Cox, a registered sex offender, allegedly entered girls’ locker rooms while identifying as “trans,” highlighting the potential risks of self-identification policies in areas designated for women and girls.

Black’s history and the circumstances of the gym incidents have drawn attention to ongoing safety and privacy issues in public facilities, particularly in jurisdictions where gender identity laws allow unrestricted access to women’s spaces.

Authorities, gym operators and the public continue to weigh concerns over inclusion, safety and legal protections.

The controversy underscores the challenges faced by women when policies meant to protect transgender rights intersect with the need for secure spaces.

Hyman and other women who have spoken out emphasize the importance of maintaining safety without erasing the rights of others, a balance that remains a point of heated national debate.
