Teacher Targets Third Grader in Jaw-Dropping Scandal

An Arizona teacher is facing intense scrutiny after allegations emerged that she labeled a third-grade student an “extremist” and coordinated with a neighbor to monitor him outside of school.

Donna Javinett, who teaches at Scottsdale Unified School District’s (SUSD) Anasazi Elementary, has also reportedly celebrated the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk on social media.

In a video testimony shared by Libs of TikTok, a former third-grade student described a hostile classroom environment under Javinett.

The child recalled being rushed through the hallway and yelled at and said Javinett appeared to film him outside school during what she claimed was Field Day, even though the event had ended.

Simultaneously, a neighbor was filming the student outside his home. The student’s family later obtained a restraining order against the neighbor.

During court proceedings, the neighbor revealed a personal email from Javinett thanking her for “protecting teachers against extremists,” suggesting the teacher and neighbor were coordinating efforts.

Javinett’s social media activity has added to public outrage.

Screenshots obtained by Scottsdale Unites for Educational Integrity show her posting inflammatory comments after Kirk’s assassination, calling him a “piece of sh*t” and “nothing more than an ugly bigot,” while adding that he “will not be missed at all.”

The posts sparked renewed debate about educators’ social media use and the potential influence on students.

According to The Gateway Pundit, emails acquired through legal proceedings indicate that Javinett referred to concerned parents as “extremists.”

In one message, she thanked a retired educator for defending teachers against parents she described as harassing staff, administrators and the superintendent.

The email framed objections as personal attacks, claiming critics had labeled educators as “groomers” and “rapists.”

This correspondence highlights the tensions between school staff and families over educational policy and classroom oversight.

Parents report that these actions prompted some families to withdraw their children from Javinett’s class, citing safety concerns and hostility in the school environment.

The controversy has sparked broader discussions about the influence of teachers’ political views in Arizona classrooms, particularly at the elementary level, where students are highly impressionable.

Some experts warn that exposure to politically charged statements from authority figures can impact children’s social and emotional development.

SUSD officials have yet to issue a public response, but community members are calling for accountability and a thorough review of Javinett’s conduct in the classroom.

Local parent advocacy groups have demanded stricter oversight measures, claiming that teachers who publicly express extreme political opinions should not be in positions that directly influence young students.

This incident raises questions about the boundaries of teacher conduct and parental oversight, especially when educators publicly express politically charged opinions and appear to target students based on family beliefs.

Advocates argue that schools must maintain clear policies to protect students from political targeting and to ensure classroom neutrality.

As the story develops, parents and advocacy groups are pushing for stricter policies to protect students and ensure that classroom environments remain safe and unbiased.

Many are calling for transparency and accountability measures to prevent similar situations in the future, emphasizing that young students deserve learning environments free from intimidation, harassment or political influence.
