OnlyFans Boss Reveals Shocker

OnlyFans CEO Keily Blair announced that the content-sharing platform has distributed more than $25 billion to creators since its inception in 2016.

Blair made the revelation during her appearance at Bloomberg Tech in London on Tuesday.

The CEO characterized the substantial payout figure as a source of pride for the company.

She emphasized that OnlyFans distinguishes itself from other technology companies through its focus on generating wealth for its users.

“There’s not very many tech companies that can talk about creating wealth for others rather than just profiteering, essentially,” Blair stated during the conference.

“For us as a company, that makes us very proud.”

Blair explained that the company maintains regular communication with creators to understand how the platform has impacted their lives.

She noted that the platform provides opportunities for users to expand their audiences and explore new ventures.

“They can continue to challenge themselves or build their fanbase or try something new, be a bit disruptive,” Blair said.

The CEO highlighted that these conversations reinforce the company’s mission of empowering independent creators.

During her remarks, Blair addressed a common misconception about the company’s origins.

Many people assume OnlyFans is an American enterprise, when it was actually founded and remains headquartered in the United Kingdom.

“I always joke we’re a British company with a very American personality,” Blair said.

She acknowledged with laughter that “everyone kind of assumes that we’re American.”

Despite its British roots, the United States serves as the platform’s largest market. However, Blair noted that “there’s a healthy number of British people” utilizing the service, according to Bloomberg.

The discussion also covered the platform’s evolving user base, which has expanded beyond its reputation for adult content.

Athletes and entertainers are increasingly joining the platform as an alternative revenue stream.

Professional cricketer Tymal Mills appeared alongside Blair at the event.

Mills recently joined OnlyFans and represents a growing trend of athletes seeking additional income opportunities outside their primary sports careers.

The appeal of OnlyFans for professional athletes has gained attention in recent months.

WNBA player Liz Cambage recently spoke to TMZ about her experience with the platform, revealing her earnings exceed what she made playing professional basketball.

“You know the WNBA salary,” Cambage said, as outlined by The Post Millennial

“Not that hard to make more money doing anything. I feel like women gotta make more money playing the sport they love.”

Global cosmetics company L’Oréal faced public criticism back in August after hiring a pornographic content creator from OnlyFans to promote Urban Decay, a makeup brand widely sold in high street stores and considered popular among teenagers.

Resist the Mainstream reported that the company selected Ari Kytsya, a U.S.-based performer, as a brand ambassador for Urban Decay.

Kytsya describes herself as a “mattress actress,” a term used to refer to adult content performers. She has built a dual online presence, producing mainstream beauty content while also working in the adult industry.

Her following on Instagram and TikTok totals more than 4.6 million users.
