When asked a direct question, she answered: “Absolutely. On Day One.’
What is such a big priority that she will do it ‘on day one’ of the Presidency she hopes to ascend to?
If you guessed ‘open borders’… you’d be correct.
Of course, her pledge would be in direct violation of the very laws the President is obliged to uphold. But when has that ever slowed down Dems from advancing an agenda before?
Here’s a resurfaced promise she once made on the campaign trail:

It looks like this clip came from her Primary run in the 2020 cycle. Where, just like this time around, voters — I said VOTERS — did not award her a single delegate in the primaries. If a dishonestly cynical out-of-context ‘cat lady’ comment from years ago is still somehow newsworthy, so is a direct answer Kamala gave to a question on the campaign trail.
There’s no indication to show her position has ever changed. In fact, every border decision put into action over the past 3 1/2 years supports that same set of priorities.
Here’s why that’s a problem. For all Biden’s blather about Trump not being a king… the Democrats are the ones behaving like monarchs. It’s not Trump who was trying to accomplish things by executive fiat. In fact, on more than one occasion Trump reminded Dems (and the public) that he was limited in what he could do unilaterally, there were many things that only Congress could do.
Article II, Section 3:
He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.
It has been often argued by people like Mark Levin that — apart from all of the bribery and corruption questions with Biden — his violation of this Constitutional oath would have been sufficient cause for justifiable impeachment.
By that logic… her platform is itself disqualifying, because she’s running on a promise to violate her oath of office. President’s don’t CREATE laws and they don’t have the power to ignore the ones they dislike.
Only monarchs do that. And, in case Kamala is unaware of this historical fact, America hasn’t had a king since George III. And it for DAMN sure doesn’t need to install a queen.
