Haunting Bill Clinton Photo Resurfaces

Commentator Megyn Kelly released a decades-old photograph of former President Bill Clinton on Thursday, just hours before he was scheduled to testify before the House Oversight Committee regarding his past association with Jeffrey Epstein.

Kelly unveiled the image during her program and described it as having been taken in 1999 at the Bombay Club in Washington, D.C., while Clinton was still serving as president.

The photograph shows Clinton standing closely behind two young women who are posing for a picture. Kelly identified one of the women as a personal friend of hers at the time the image was taken.

“Yes, he is looking down the chest of my friend, Meg Florence, and that’s my other friend in the foreground, Abby Rittman,” Kelly said during the broadcast.

“He’s basically got his hand on her side,” Kelly continued, describing what she believed the image depicted.

Kelly told viewers she was not alleging criminal conduct. “I’m not saying this is a crime,” she said during the segment.

She added that viewers could reach their own conclusions based on what they saw in the photograph.

“Bill was not shamed at all — after the Monica Lewinsky scandal — out of his hound dog behavior, to put it mildly,” Kelly said, referencing the former president’s past controversy.

The release of the image drew attention because Clinton was scheduled to provide closed-door testimony later that day in Chappaqua, New York.

The House Oversight Committee is conducting an investigation into Epstein’s network and the high-profile individuals who had associations with the financier.

Republican lawmakers have sought answers about Clinton’s relationship with Epstein, including multiple flights on Epstein’s private jet.

Clinton has previously acknowledged traveling aboard Epstein’s aircraft in 2002 and 2003 while conducting philanthropic work tied to the Clinton Foundation.

In prior public statements, Clinton has denied any knowledge of Epstein’s criminal activities.

He has also denied ever visiting Epstein’s private island, Little St. James, where several accusers have alleged abuse occurred.

The photograph released by Kelly began circulating widely across social media platforms shortly after it aired on her program, per Trending Politics.

Reactions online were divided, with some users arguing the image reflects longstanding concerns about Clinton’s conduct, while others said it does not demonstrate wrongdoing.

Kelly framed the resurfaced image as context ahead of Clinton’s deposition, which is being recorded and is expected to be released after review by his legal team.

The Oversight Committee’s investigation continues as lawmakers examine documents, testimony, and photographic evidence related to Epstein’s associations.

Clinton’s testimony is expected to focus on the nature and extent of his interactions with Epstein and whether he had knowledge of the financier’s criminal conduct.
