Diddy Accused of Raping 13-Year-Old at VMAs After-Party as Celebrities Looked On: Lawsuit

An anonymous woman has filed a lawsuit accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexually assaulting her when she was 13 years old at an after-party following the MTV Video Music Awards in 2000. According to the lawsuit, two unidentified celebrities were also present during the alleged incident.

The lawsuit states that the 13-year-old girl was dropped off at Radio City Music Hall by a friend, hoping to attend the MTV Video Music Awards.

When she was unable to gain entry, she started talking to limousine drivers outside the venue. One driver, who claimed to work for Diddy, allegedly told her that Diddy “liked younger girls” and invited her to an after-party instead of allowing her into the event.

Upon arriving at the party, the girl recognized several celebrities, the lawsuit claims. Before entering, she was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) but was not provided with a copy.

Inside the party, she says she was given a drink, after which she began to feel “woozy and lightheaded.” In search of a place to rest, she found a room where she lay down.

The lawsuit alleges that Diddy and two unidentified celebrities, referred to as “Celebrity A” and “Celebrity B,” entered the room. “Celebrity A” is accused of raping the girl while Diddy and “Celebrity B” watched.

The suit also claims that afterward, Diddy assaulted the girl himself, again while the two others were present. At one point, Diddy allegedly tried to force her to perform oral sex, but the girl reportedly stopped him by hitting him in the neck.

After the assault, the girl fled the room without her clothes, according to the lawsuit. She eventually found her way outside, where she dressed herself and made it to a nearby gas station. There, she called her father, admitted she had lied about her whereabouts, and asked him to pick her up.

The woman is now seeking a jury trial to determine compensation for the physical, emotional, and psychological harm she claims to have endured. She is asking for damages related to emotional distress, pain, suffering, and other impacts from the alleged incident.

Combs’ legal team has denied the accusations. His attorney, Erica Wolff, issued a statement rejecting the claims: “Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.

He looks forward to proving his innocence in court, where the truth will be based on evidence, not speculation.”

In addition to this lawsuit, Combs is facing other legal challenges. In September, he was indicted on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.

These charges, unrelated to the current lawsuit, could carry a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison if he is convicted, with a maximum possible sentence of life imprisonment.

Authorities have accused Combs of running a criminal enterprise through his various businesses, including Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs Enterprises, and Combs Global. The indictment alleges that he used threats of violence, coercion, and other forms of abuse in his operations.

As the legal cases against him continue, Combs’ legal team has requested an order preventing any further statements from potential government witnesses or their attorneys that could affect his right to a fair trial. His team argues that Combs has a constitutional right to an unbiased trial free from the influence of media coverage. The trial is scheduled to begin on May 5, with the prosecution expecting their case to last about three weeks.
