DHS Wrecks Kardashian With Simple Question Amid Mind-Numbing Controversy

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) launched a sharp counterattack against reality television personality Kim Kardashian following her public criticism of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations this week.

Kardashian sparked controversy when she condemned ICE deportation activities on Tuesday, accusing the federal agency of separating families through what she characterized as inhumane enforcement practices.

The celebrity used her massive social media platform to rally opposition against immigration enforcement efforts.

She urged her followers to take action against ICE operations currently underway in Los Angeles.

In her statement, Kardashian declared that “when we witness innocent, hardworking people being ripped from their families in inhumane ways, we have to speak up.”

The reality star’s comments came amid ongoing ICE operations targeting illegal aliens in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.

DHS officials quickly responded to Kardashian’s allegations with pointed criticism of their own.

They challenged the celebrity’s characterization of recent enforcement actions and the individuals being targeted.

Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Tricia McLaughlin delivered the administration’s most direct response through social media on Wednesday.

McLaughlin used her official X account to confront Kardashian’s statements head-on.

“@KimKardashian, which one of these convicted child molesters, murderers, drug traffickers and rapists would you like to stay in the county?” McLaughlin quipped.

The DHS official accompanied her message with documentation of recent arrests.

The federal official provided photographic evidence and criminal summaries of four individuals recently apprehended by ICE in the Los Angeles area.

These cases were presented as representative examples of the types of individuals targeted in current operations.

McLaughlin emphasized that the highlighted cases represented only a fraction of recent enforcement activity.

“These are just a few of the convicted illegal criminals who have been picked up in the last 72 hours,” she stated in her social media post for Kardashian.

Kardashian is not the only celebrity to face backlash over illegal alien claims as pop star Katy Perry also ignited debate this week.

Perry shared content suggesting that current immigration enforcement efforts amount to persecution of people in their rightful homeland, Resist the Mainstream has reported.

“Los Angeles has lived under three flags: Spain, Mexico, and the United States,” the message started.

“That land has seen borders shift, power, change, hands, and yet the people, especially the brown and indigenous people, have always been there.”

“Planting roots, building lives, raising families,” the message added.

The content Perry endorsed escalated its rhetoric by characterizing current immigration enforcement as a form of persecution.

“And now, in 2025 the descendants of those same communities are being hunted, like criminals and their own ancestral home,” the message continued.

Perry made headlines back in April during an unexpected clash with fast food chain Wendy’s.

The restaurant chain’s social media team launched a series of pointed remarks about the singer after her Blue Origin flight, leading to backlash from fans and fellow space travelers alike.

When Pop Crave celebrated the singer’s return to Earth on social media, Wendy’s official X account responded with the cutting question: “Can we send her back?”
