Comey Exposed After FBI Uncovers Damning Handwritten Note From Safe

The FBI discovered handwritten notes by former FBI Director James Comey referencing Hillary Clinton’s plans regarding Donald Trump, hidden in a long-dormant secure facility that suddenly saw activity during President Donald Trump’s 2025 inauguration week.

This is according to new legal filings in the federal case against Comey.

The handwritten note, now part of the legal record, was penned on official FBI Director stationery. Comey wrote “HRC plans to tie Trump” and “HRC health” on the document dated September 26, 2016.

The timing of the note is significant.

It was written 19 days after Comey received an investigative referral on September 7, 2016 about a plan by Clinton’s campaign to connect Trump to Russia while diverting attention from her private email server controversy.

A federal grand jury in Alexandria, Virginia indicted Comey on Sept. 25 on charges including one count of making false statements and one count of obstruction of justice.

The legal filings detail what prosecutors describe as a conspiracy within the FBI to hide documents related to the bureau’s investigations of both presidential candidates before the 2016 election.

The documents were found in FBI Room 9582, a secure compartmented information facility used for handling classified materials.

An FBI reform team operating in spring 2025 received a tip about the seemingly unused room.

Inside a safe in Room 9582, the team located Comey’s handwritten notes along with the original Counterintelligence Operational Lead from the CIA to Comey about the “Clinton plan intelligence,” the Daily Caller outlined.

Access logs for Room 9582 revealed an unusual pattern.

The records showed the room remained dormant for an extended period, then experienced a sudden spike in activity during the four days surrounding Trump’s 2025 inauguration.

Additional exhibits include a memo from the FBI’s public corruption unit dated July 21, 2025, requesting an investigation into unknown FBI members for possible concealment or removal of documents.

The investigative referral revealed that the CIOL alerting Comey to Clinton’s alleged plan, previously thought missing, had been stored in a closet near the FBI director’s office before being relocated to Room 9582.

Comey’s testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee on September 30, 2020 now appears questionable in light of these discoveries.

When asked about Clinton’s plan to tie Trump to Russia, Comey stated under oath: “it doesn’t ring any bells with me.”

Then-Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe declassified information about the “Clinton plan intelligence” in 2020. Ratcliffe currently serves as CIA Director.

According to Ratcliffe, U.S. intelligence agencies received Russian intelligence reports in late July 2016 alleging that Clinton approved a campaign strategy to create controversy around Trump by connecting him to Putin and Russian hacking of the Democratic National Committee.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard declassified additional documents in July 2025.

These documents revealed that by September 2016, Russia’s foreign intelligence service reported concerns among President Barack Obama and party leaders about Clinton’s health and its potential impact on her election chances.

The Russian intelligence analysts wrote that Clinton experienced “intensified psycho-emotional problems, including uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness.”

They claimed she followed a daily regimen of “heavy tranquilizers,” Resist the Mainstream reported back in July..

The Russian reports alleged Clinton suffered from multiple health conditions. According to a previously classified House Intelligence Committee report, these included “Type 2 diabetes, ischemic heart disease, deep vein thrombosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.”

The discovery in Room 9682 extended beyond Comey’s notes.

Five burn bags on the floor contained hundreds of pages related to Crossfire Hurricane, the 2016 investigation into alleged connections between Trump and Russia.

FBI Director Kash Patel first publicly discussed the burn bag discovery in June.

Since then, Patel has declassified and released several documents, including the classified appendix of the 2016 Durham Special Counsel Report.
