BREAKING: Trump Fires Bondi

President Donald Trump has fired Attorney General Pam Bondi.

On Truth Social, the president thanked Bondi for her work at the Department of Justice (DOJ) and said she would be working in the private sector.

“Pam Bondi is a Great American Patriot and a loyal friend, who faithfully served as my Attorney General over the past year. Pam did a tremendous job overseeing a massive crackdown in Crime across our Country, with Murders plummeting to their lowest level since 1900,” Trump wrote.

“We love Pam, and she will be transitioning to a much needed and important new job in the private sector, to be announced at a date in the near future, and our Deputy Attorney General, and a very talented and respected Legal Mind, Todd Blanche, will step in to serve as Acting Attorney General. Thank you for your attention to this matter!” he added.

Speculation had grown over the past year that the president would terminate Bondi over her subpar work on releasing the notorious Jeffrey Epstein files and prosecuting Trump’s political enemies.

Today, such theories have been proven true.

Such a move comes weeks after Trump made headlines for firing former Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, who now serves as a Special Envoy to the Shied of the Americas.

Noem was fired at a time when she faced accusations of being in an affair with ex-Trump aide Corey Lewandowski. She was also subjected to hefty criticism from millions of Americans over her role in overseeing ICE deportations and operations across the nation.

Bondi’s firing comes a year after Trump publicly exposed the attorney general for her lack of work in going after his enemies, such as New York Attorney General Letitia James and California Sen. Adam Schiff (D), among others. In a fiery Truth Social post at the time, the president pressured Bondi not to delay prosecutions.

Bondi was also heavily rebuked, for months, by the MAGA community for not demonstrating full transparency concerning the Epstein files.

As aforementioned, Bondi is now the second-highest-ranking Trump official to be fired from the president’s administration.

Rumors of Trump firing National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard amid the Iran War have grown in recent weeks, but the president has denied considering such action and has defended Gabbard. The president reportedly polled his closest advisors on whether he should replace Gabbard after she defended counterterrorism official Joe Kent, who resigned over Trump’s war against Iran.
