Bombshell War Rocks MAGA

Fox News host Mark Levin intensified his public feud with Megyn Kelly on Friday, escalating a series of personal attacks after Kelly made comments questioning whether Jeffrey Epstein should be classified as a pedophile.

The dispute, which has played out primarily on social media, has become one of the most visible clashes among prominent conservative media figures this week.

Levin reacted sharply to a podcast episode in which Kelly argued Epstein targeted “barely legal” teenagers rather than children.

Kelly claimed there was a distinction between a 15-year-old and a 5-year-old, describing it as meaningful, even while acknowledging others may disagree.

Her remarks generated widespread criticism from commentators, public figures, and victims of Epstein’s crimes.

In a post to X, Levin accused Kelly of revealing her “true self,” called her a “lowlife,” and said she demonstrated a limited vocabulary.

He argued her comments insulted Epstein’s victims and said she had been “roundly condemned.”

He also suggested Kelly was experiencing a personal decline, as the Daily Beast reported.

Kelly defended her remarks during her show, asserting she was being taken out of context and denying that she intended to minimize Epstein’s crimes. She also accused Levin of calling her a Nazi and said his rhetoric contributed to hostile political behavior.

Kelly stated that labeling political opponents as extremists has become common and criticized Levin for what she described as irresponsible commentary.

Levin disputed her assertion, saying he did not call her a Nazi or an antisemite. He argued Kelly was misrepresenting his words and claimed she had made “serial” false statements. He added that she was “defensive” and repeated that she should seek psychological assistance. Levin maintained that his criticisms referred to “grifters,” not Nazis.

Kelly responded by posting a video clip of Levin’s comments about antisemitism, Marxists, Islamists, and neo-Nazis. She claimed Levin had lumped her into the same category as extremist groups. Kelly said Levin’s remarks were dangerous and suggested they could put people at risk.

Multiple public figures joined the criticism of Kelly’s original comments. Epstein survivor Marina Lacerda condemned the remarks, saying they minimized the abuse Epstein’s victims suffered.

Actress Melissa Gilbert wrote that Kelly’s comments made her “nauseated,” while political commentator Meghan McCain also called the comments inappropriate. Levin reposted the criticisms, adding his agreement.

The dispute has become one of several public conflicts on the political right linked to the ongoing debate over Epstein-related investigations and document releases. The issue has contributed to wider divisions among conservative commentators, elected officials, and activists over the past several months.

The feud between Levin and Kelly adds to a series of disagreements involving prominent figures in the MAGA-aligned media space. Levin has clashed with other Republicans and conservative personalities in the past, including Steve Bannon and Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY).

He has also criticized some of President Donald Trump’s remarks despite generally supporting his policies.

The exchanges show no signs of slowing as both Levin and Kelly continue posting about the dispute, with neither offering indications of withdrawing their comments or ending the back-and-forth.
