Tate Porn Bombshell: Animals and Minors

Andrew Tate is facing a new wave of disturbing allegations as British authorities push to extradite him from the U.S.

New court filings obtained by TMZ accuse Tate of possessing extreme pornography, including material allegedly depicting sexual acts involving live animals.

The documents specifically reference a horse and an eel.

British authorities also allege the material included other extreme pornography involving acts capable of causing serious physical injury.

The claims are part of a much larger filing tied to the United Kingdom’s attempt to bring Tate back to Britain to face criminal proceedings.

The documents go well beyond the extreme pornography allegations.

Authorities also accuse Tate of making and possessing numerous indecent images and videos involving a minor.

One alleged video cited in the filing involves Tate on a bed with a girl authorities believe was 17 at the time.

Another adult woman was also allegedly present.

Prosecutors claim messages connected to the case indicate Tate knew the girl was underage.

In one alleged exchange, authorities say Tate acknowledged there could be legal consequences because of her age.

The broader case against Tate includes allegations of rape, assault, human trafficking, controlling prostitution for financial gain and possession of extreme pornography.

The United Kingdom formally requested Tate’s extradition from the U.S. in September.

Tate and his brother, Tristan Tate, are currently being held in Miami while fighting extradition to Britain.

Andrew Tate’s attorney, Joseph McBride, strongly rejected the latest allegations.

McBride told TMZ that authorities are improperly linking Tate to material allegedly found on a device recovered from what he described as a “flop house.”

He argued there is no proof Tate ever viewed the videos in question.

McBride also claimed one of the clips authorities referenced was a war video that had been circulated in an MMA fighters’ group chat.

He further alleged that British authorities no longer possess the device at the center of the dispute.

According to McBride, investigators are relying on a report describing material supposedly found on a device that “no longer exists.”

He characterized the case as extremely weak and accused authorities of being fixated on Tate.

The allegations remain unproven in court.

Tate has not been convicted of the conduct described in the newly filed documents.

The latest filing nevertheless adds another layer to an already extensive legal battle involving serious criminal accusations in Britain.

For now, Tate remains in Miami as his attorneys continue challenging the extradition request.
