In a shocking political announcement, President Donald Trump threatened Democrats with execution if they continue telling members of the Armed Services to refuse unlawful orders.
The Washington Examiner reported that lawmakers in Congress are urging soldiers to disregard “illegal orders” that Trump demands.
Such orders were unspecified, and no examples were given.
Sens. Mark Kelly (D-AZ), Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) and Reps. Jason Crow (D-CO), Maggie Goodlander (D-NH), Chris Deluzio (D-PA), and Chrissy Houlahan (D-PA) claimed that the threats to the U.S. Constitution are domestic and urged service members to “refuse illegal orders.”
In response to the Examiner’s article, the president released a furious message and left no doubt about the consequences these Democrats would face if they continued.
Trump described the lawmakers’ actions as “seditious” and called them “traitors.”
The president emphasized that telling U.S. troops to refuse direct orders is “dangerous.”
“This is really bad, and Dangerous to our Country. Their words cannot be allowed to stand. SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR FROM TRAITORS!!! LOCK THEM UP??? President DJT,” he said.
Moments later, Trump released an additional five-word statement: “SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!”

Trump had initially called for the arrest of the aforementioned Democratic senators, but he soon expressed his fierce disapproval and laid out the drastic consequences that could follow, as Resist the Mainstream previously reported.
“It’s called SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL. Each one of these traitors to our Country should be ARRESTED AND PUT ON TRIAL. Their words cannot be allowed to stand – We won’t have a Country anymore!!! An example MUST BE SET,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

The Democrats that Trump referenced in his comments replied to the president’s “political violence” on social media.
Kelly attacked Trump over his remarks and formed a link between the president’s “dangerous” comments and his wife’s near-death experience as part of a political attack.
“What Trump said this morning — that my colleagues and I should be put to death — is dangerous. We can disagree fiercely and say what we think without resorting to stoking violence. Unfortunately, we’ve seen that at every turn, Donald Trump looks for opportunities to divide us,” the Arizona senator said on X.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), who was not one of the Democrats urging troops to refuse orders, released a video on X condemning the president.
“Let’s be clear. The president of the United States has called for the execution of members of Congress,” Schumer said. No president has ever stooped that low.”
Crow, too, released a video on social media and urged Americans to “reject” Trump’s “calls for political violence.”
“This moment requires moral clarity,” he said.
