Trump Suffers Massive Defeat in Outrageous Decision

President Donald Trump has had quite a difficult week, with Democrats defaming the president by releasing emails of notorious financier Jeffrey Epstein, who reportedly called Trump a “bad” person and claimed he knew all about the obscene sex operations.

As if things couldn’t be worse, the president suffered a massive court blow on Thursday after Chicago Judge Jeffrey Cummings ruled that 600 illegal immigrants in a detention center must be released.

Since taking office, Trump has heavily cracked down on illegal immigration.

In fact, one of the very first actions the president took after being sworn in January was effectively closing down the southern border, which his predecessor refused to do.

The judge, appointed by former President Joe Biden, ordered the release of migrants who do not pose a security risk as they await their immigration proceedings.

According to The Daily Mail, the order applies only to those who were arrested without a warrant in cases where probable cause was not established.

Cummings accused the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) of detaining the illegal immigrants in an “unsafe” manner.

The arrests were made as part of the Trump administration’s “Operation Midway Blitz,” which was a radical measure taken by the government to drastically reduce illegal immigration in one of America’s “sanctuary” cities: Chicago.

The DHS slammed Cummings’ ruling, accusing the judge of deliberately hindering law enforcement’s work.

“At every turn activist judges, sanctuary politicians, and violent rioters have actively tried to prevent our law enforcement officers from arresting and removing the worst of the worst,” the department said. “Now an activist judge is putting the lives of Americans directly at risk by ordering 615 illegal aliens be released into the community.”

Trump has clashed with Chicago Democrats, who are opposing the president’s actions.

The president has tried to send the National Guard to the Windy City as part of his administration’s plan to curtail crime and deport illegal immigrants; however, officials in Illinois are refusing to let Trump carry out his duties.

Given this, Trump has asked the Supreme Court to rule on allowing the Guard to enter the city.

Chicago Gov. J.B. Pritzker (D) has lambasted Trump over the president’s actions.

The Democrat governor even signed an executive order to establish an agency responsible for documenting potential crimes committed by federal troops deployed in Chicago.

The commision is responsible for “capturing and creating a public record of the conduct of federal law enforcement agents and recommending actions to hold the federal government accountable as they continue conducting military-style operations in Chicago, collar counties, and other areas throughout the state,”a press release said.
