Bombshell Kirk Assassination Twist

New surveillance footage shows Tyler Robinson, 22, the alleged assassin of Charlie Kirk, at a Utah gas station hours after the attack.

Kirk was shot at a Turning Point USA event at Utah Valley University in Orem on Sept. 10.

The footage shows Robinson arriving at a Cedar City gas station at 7:15 a.m. on Sept. 11, driving a Dodge Challenger. He paid with a credit card, filled his tank, and left within minutes.

Police confirmed he did not dispose of any evidence at the station.

The video helped authorities trace his route from Orem to St. George, Utah, where he was arrested later that day.

Cedar City Police said: “Once the tank was full, he removed the nozzle, closed the gas cap, got back into his vehicle and left the gas station. At no time did Tyler approach or use any trash cans to dispose of items.”

Robinson returned to the crime scene the day after the shooting to retrieve his weapon. Authorities say he left a tip-off through his parents, friends, and roommate that led to his capture. Texts obtained by prosecutors show Robinson planned to retrieve his rifle without leaving evidence: “If I am able to grab my rifle unseen, I will have left no evidence. Going to attempt to retrieve it again, hopefully they have moved on. I haven’t seen anything about them finding it.”

Robinson faces aggravated murder, two counts of obstruction of justice, felony discharge of a firearm, two counts of witness tampering, and committing a violent offense in the presence of a child. Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty.

The footage confirms Robinson’s movements during the 33-hour manhunt and shows a methodical attempt to evade law enforcement.

Investigators tracked him from Orem to St. George, using surveillance and digital evidence to pinpoint his location, per the Daily Mail.

Authorities also confirmed that Robinson did not attempt to dispose of the weapon at the Cedar City station. He was arrested shortly after leaving the gas station. Police say the suspect’s texts and tips from his network were key to locating him.

Robinson’s arrest ended a high-profile search following the shooting of a prominent conservative influencer. The investigation revealed a calculated plan to avoid detection, including returning to the crime scene to retrieve evidence.

Prosecutors are preparing for trial and intend to seek the maximum sentence. Surveillance footage and digital communications will play a central role in the prosecution.

The evidence collected from surveillance, texts, and witness tips has created a strong case against the suspect.

Authorities say additional evidence may be presented as the case progresses. Robinson remains in custody pending trial, with the death penalty on the table.

As the case continues, it should be noted that a top Utah attorney has indicated that a major “flaw” in the Kirk assassination case could lead Robinson to be freed, as Resist the Mainstream previously reported.

Such a bombshell report comes as many Americans claim that Robinson was likely not the shooter and was just a “patsy.”

“Tyler Robinson was not the shooter. He was the patsy. Please do not stop watching this video until the end. The last 2 minutes are very important,” one conservative user said.
